Merry Christmas!

I was listening on the radio a couple days ago and the interviewer and caller were debating whether it is “politically correct” to say “Merry Christmas” because it is a Christian holiday. I have to add my two cents as this has become REDICULOUS!

Someone please gag me with a spoon so I can puke. I believe that everyone is entitled to say whatever they want in any place they want as long as it is not vulgar. Granted there are things that are inappropriate to say in certain places but we are still able to say them because it is a constitutional right.
This argument goes both ways, remember. If I want to wish you a Merry Christmas, have the decency to accept it and know that I am wishing you well, not trying to force feed you my religion because I am Christian.

If you want to wish me a Merry X-mas, Happy Hanukah, or anything else that you do or do not celebrate, I would accept that as your well wishing to me. Please do me that same courtesy.

Please comment and let me know how you feel about this issue.
